About the Role
- Provide immediate medical assistance and emergency care during events
- Assess and triage patients to ensure prompt and appropriate medical intervention
- Administer basic life support and first aid to stabilize patients
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessment, treatment, and response
Requirements
FREC 4 qualification or equivalent.
Proficient in assessing and prioritising patients' conditions under high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and event organisers.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules
